R.I.P. TOM PETTY
Tom Petty was an American singer, songwriter, and musician who was born in Gainseville, Florida on October 20th, 1950. Alongside his backup band, the Heartbreakers, he went on to produce many popular singles like “American Girl”, “Don’t Do Me Like That”, and today’s song choice (that can be listened to by clicking on the provided link). In addition to his work with the Heartbreakers, he also had success (as a solo artist) with songs like “Free Fallin'” and “I Won’t Back Down”.
Rolling Stone magazine included him on their list of the “Greatest Artists of All-Time”, and in 2002, he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

From the album, “Damn the Torpedoes”, here’s the late, TOM PETTY, with “REFUGEE”….
